Day 2 – The Challenge Begins | GG4X4 Team 177

Day 2 marked the official start of competition for GG4X4 Team 177 at the Grand Final. The day began with the flag-off ceremony at Kompleks Kraf, followed by a convoy to Lembah Peladang Agro Park, Saujana Utama, the venue for the first day of the Prologue stage.

A total of 22 competitors from around the world gathered to face the opening challenge of the event. On this first competition day, teams were required to complete nine Special Stages (SS), testing both driver skill and vehicle reliability under demanding conditions.

Competing in Category R3, GG4X4 Team 177 stood out as the only team running a Land Rover with approximately 98% original engine configuration, a true test of endurance and engineering against heavily modified competitors.

The Prologue Day set the tone for the race ahead—intense, technical, and unforgiving. For Team 177, it was not just about speed, but about consistency, teamwork, and proving the capability of a near-original Land Rover on the world stage.
